What does Frontpage AI do?
Frontpage AI is a UK Generative Engine Optimisation (GEO) studio. We build and manage websites for independent UK service businesses so AI answer engines, including ChatGPT, Google Gemini, Perplexity, Microsoft Copilot and Google’s AI Overviews, can read, trust, cite and recommend you by name. Every plan covers the build, hosting, structured data, GEO, ongoing content and monthly care for one fixed monthly fee, from £88 a month.
Is this SEO or something different?
It is Generative Engine Optimisation, which is a different job from SEO. SEO competes for a place in a list of ten blue links; GEO competes for a place among the two to seven sources an AI names inside a single answer. We do the SEO groundwork because a page a crawler cannot read will never be cited, but the citation is the goal, and we report on how often AI answers name and link to you. See the GEO framework.
What happens if I cancel?
Thirty days' notice on the rolling plan. You keep your domain, and we hand over a copy of the site so it goes with you. No exit fee, no surprise charges.
Who owns the domain and the site?
You do. The domain is registered in your name from day one. The site files, content, and any imagery we produce for you are yours throughout, not licensed back to you.
Can you migrate from Wix, Squarespace, or my current site?
Yes. The audit call covers what is worth keeping. We rebuild rather than port templates, but content, reviews, photography, and any assets carry across so nothing of value is lost.
What does the 60 minutes of monthly care credits actually cover?
Content edits, new service pages, review responses, image swaps, small layout tweaks, Google Business Profile updates. Anything bigger is quoted before any work starts.
What if I need more than 60 minutes in a month?
Approved extra work is £60 per hour. You see the estimate before we start; nothing happens without your sign-off, and unused care credits do not roll over.
How does the 24-hour emergency cover work?
If your site, booking flow, or payment link is down during UK working hours, we acknowledge fast and fix urgently within 24 working hours. Non-urgent issues come out of your monthly care credits.
What about GDPR and customer data?
UK and EU hosting, minimal cookies, a plain-English privacy policy. Booking and payment data lives in the tools you choose (Cliniko, Stripe, Calendly, etc.), not on our servers.
Can someone else change my Google listing?
Yes. Google Maps lets people suggest edits to a business’s name, address, opening hours, phone number, website and whether it has closed down, and Google says it reviews those edits before they appear. An edit you did not make can go live, so checking your Business Profile monthly is part of every plan we run.
Will AI recommend me or the platform I am listed on?
Often the platform. Cloudbeds ran 810 questions about where to stay through ChatGPT, Perplexity and Gemini and found booking sites were 55.3% of the sources quoted, against 13.6% for the business’s own website. The fix is not to delist. It is to make sure your own site states prices, location and availability, so there is something of yours worth quoting.
Do I have to know anything about AI or SEO?
No. The whole point is that you do not have to. We handle the technical side and the search side; you keep running the business and approve the things that matter.
